Rules & Guidelines
We like to keep everything simple and easy, including the rules and guidelines.
HOW TO ENTER?
1. Become a member of www.maxandmark.com,
2. Have the most friends on MaxAndMark.com, by the deadline, and win two (2) AUTOGRAPHED Skateboards from Max&Mark (rules apply).
3. Ask your everyone you know, to join. Once become a member, post a picture on their profile, and add you as a friend before the end of the contest deadline, you will have a greater chance at winning.
Rules & Guidelines
• The contest starts September 15, 2009 12 PM Midnight and ends October 31, 2009 AT 12 PM Midnight..
• Have the MOST friends with picture profiles by 12 pm October 31, 2009, and you win. Real photographs and not mandatory. No nude or sexual expilcit, profanity or any other image that is deemed disturbing are NOT permitted. Any profile image that break the rules will be deleted and disqualified from the contest.
• In the event of a tie, the member who have friends with pictures, will be declared the winner. (That’s why it’s important to have your friends add their profile picture).
• In the event of multiple ties, winner’s will be awarded one autograph skateboard each and/or comparable prizes.
• ALL Friends must be added to your Friend list, by the deadline date and time, October 31, 2009, by 12 midnight.
• Odds of winning: Determined by the number of registered Members on MaxAndMark.com.
• MaxAndMark.com reserves the right to change or modify contest rules.
• The Winner will be notified via email, and will receive a letter of acceptance which must be certified and returned within 14 days after receipt. If the winner does not return the letter of certification, the runner-up winner will be deemed the winner and will be required to follow the same instruction listed.
